          1. Spring Recruitment Program*:
            1. Sal: We want to make sure that the org does not die. We have to start recruiting; we should talk to teachers of [200 lvl courses] and skip the intro meeting. I plan to have a presentation for everybody on 277 classes and maybe 328 and what I'm hoping to do is to have a meeting here once a month/two weeks where we just talk with perspective new members, find interests and get them to stay.
              1. David Nuon: People like hands on things. Off the ground really simple stuff. 
          2. Sal: I need pushpins.
            1. Nate: I can just go up and get some. Remind me when you head to 491.

            1. Boeing meeting with the Dean on Friday of Finals week. Any student who is a US student and part of the programming can attend, though we don't have the exact thing yet. I have to implemented everything in a week and a half.
          2. Chess Engine Project (Draft):
            1. Stoner: I can be an Alumni Advisor. Does anyone know that to be an advisor, do I have to be in person?
              1. Sal: It helps.
                1. Stoner: There's no [non-student] parking passes.
              2. Andrew: You can skype in.
                1. Ariana: Would he count towards quorum?
                  1. Nate: no, but it doesn't matter.
          3. Programming Team: 
            1. Lynn: I don't know if Steve Gold is going to have a programming team class. If he doesn't then we'll just coordinate the programming project on our own.

            1. Donald: We're almost done implementing our individual modules. This week we'll start integrating; that will take more than a week. Hopefully we can finish that this winter break. So maybe we can demo during the start of the semester and get people to join projects.

              1. Ariana: So I reposted on Craigslist and I haven't had any responses yet.

                        1. Frank: Printers are becoming a throw away item. It might not be selling.
